Naranjo Estudio provides web design, web development, landing page creation, branding, and related digital services to clients in Miami, FL and remotely. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

All projects begin with a written proposal outlining scope, timeline, and cost. We will not begin any design or development work until you have reviewed and approved the proposal in writing (email confirmation is accepted). Changes to the approved scope may result in adjusted pricing and timelines.

Most projects require a deposit of 50% of the total project fee before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final deliverables or live deployment are handed over. For ongoing maintenance plans, billing is monthly in advance. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal. Revisions beyond the included rounds will be billed at our standard hourly rate. Revision requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery; requests submitted after this window may be treated as new work.

Timely delivery of the project depends on your participation. You agree to provide required content (text, images, logos, and credentials) by agreed deadlines. Delays caused by missing content or feedback may affect the project timeline. Naranjo Estudio is not responsible for delays resulting from client inaction.

Upon receipt of final payment, you own the completed website design and content created specifically for your project. Naranjo Estudio retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses, which are your responsibility to maintain after handoff.

We stand behind our work. If a technical issue arises due to our development within 30 days of launch, we will resolve it at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover issues caused by third-party plugins, hosting changes, client modifications, or external service outages. Ongoing support beyond the warranty period is available through a maintenance plan.

Naranjo Estudio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project in question. We are not responsible for data loss; we strongly recommend maintaining your own backups of all website content and databases.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued engagement with our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
